And I don't know wat kind of ending you saw, but shep doesn't fight in the end. he just accepts what he hears then lays down in a grave essentially. And if you have been reading the press releases you will understand that the creators pretty much outright deny that the ending was indoctrination so enjoy that with all your "brains"

May 6, 2012 - Walters and Hudson wrote the endings themselves and told nobody else on the writing team, not even to let them proof read it or throw in a thought about them. The travesty that is the endings are entirely the fault of Hudson and Walters. Walters even wrote the now infamous "LOTS OF SPECULATION FROM EVERYONE" on a single piece of A4 he used to "plan" the endings.
