Mar 29, 2012 - Wrong, it was the other way around. Rage only sold 250,000 on the PC, Xbox360 sold 1.3 million. Problem is that Steam sales are not counted. There are over 5 million Steam users.

I wonder if he realizes it's mostly fans there :) Anyway this is ten times more fun to listen to for me, because some of what he says surprises me, I just haven't done things the way he describes. John is one hell of a programming/tech visionary :)

Apr 19, 2012 - It's a book written about id Software, it goes from the beginning, from where they got together, to about 2003-2004, when the book published. They have a very interesting history. It should still be in print, I bought it off Amazon half a year ago.
