The problem was the lack of closure,plotholes,and the writers went completely against what they promised fans in interviews about the final game's ending. For plotholes problems include : Synthetics killing you so synthetics won't kill you, Joker and the Crew leaving Shepard which wouldn't happen,and the crew that was with you being on the ship. The writers said you wouldnt get an ending everyone else would get,and it wouldnt be an A,B or C ending.
