May 13, 2012 - It is fist of Guthix , Saradomion hide the stone their during the god wars. After the wars guthix tried to destroy the stone as it caused the war but couldn't and left a big imprint (center of Fist of Guthix which is why you get more powerful there). After he couldn't destroy the stone he moved it. If you want to learn more look it up at rune wiki ^_^
