Feb 19, 2011 - @MrTrainFan3985 Actually, the first 30 F40's (including 221) were built as F40PH's with brand new parts. The later orders were classified as F40PHR's, as they were built with parts from the SDP40F's. Now, it's just called a NPCU (Non Powered Control Unit)
