Jul 11, 2011 - "They wouldn't print it if it wasn't true." The current British press scandal brought this song immediately to mind, and I had fo have a listen for old times' sake. Joe Jackson was the man, to be sure! What a great stripped-down new wave arrangement here.  More and more I'm feeling like an angry old fart railing that the music we listen to today doesn't hold a candle to the best of the past. I keep waiting for something to convice me otherwise.

"Is she really going out with him?" was the only big hit off this album (at least in the USA); there should have been 5 or 6, at least.
