May 31, 2011 - i donno in b.c. its pretty slack everywhere,same with other provinces i guess..its usualy no more then a traffic ticket if you are caught with under 3 ozs,still a dui if your high while driving...they will take your license if your car is hotboxed and you got roaches lolol,def wont go to jail unless your moving pounds and stuff and even then you wont go for long at all.i smoke infront of mcdonalds on the outside table while i eat burgers...tons of people there..
