Aerodinamic and weight of a RS6 can never come close to the ones of a Lambo. Therefor you have 4 seats and a trunk. And for the break down part: My dad and I are driving Audis since about 10 years and we never had any problems except of one problem with the automatic gear box in a 2004 A6, which was fixed for about 70€.
