Jun 17, 2009 - Judging by the mixed up result it looks like they were ground fine but I too would like to know for sure. Since this rub doesn't have any sugar in it you could hear it up on a dry pan so the spices really come back to life after being dried and canned and all. Good to have this recipe though since I must have missplaced my cajun recipe book :(
