Sep 18, 2010 - Am i right about the amp being about max at 5400w @ 16v? thats what the specs say... reason i ask is i want to do a similar setup (speaker wise) with my amp when money comes, mine is a 5500d but its a cheap power acoustik, n the book says its like 4200w @ 1ohm, but its reliable.. so im thinking like 8-10 (whichever i can combine to 1ohm havnt looked it up yet) 500w rms or so, 15's of probably ma's because i get a deal on them

Feb 25, 2011 - this is a really odd setup. Hes got one amp right? Meaning all those subs have to be running in series surely. Meaning the actual power these subs could draw isn't super high. But the sound quality is probably rediculous! Just all these subs, its got to be super expensive.
