Sep 14, 2010 - Let's hope he does. I would love to be able to re-subscribe, but he would have to curtail such madness before that happens. =)

BobChaos23 mowi:

Sep 14, 2010 - He certainly did, but cannot admit he was wrong, of course...

BobChaos23 mowi:

Sep 14, 2010 - If someone ignores valid science to believe that a diety whipped up the universe like a cake mix in a few days, then yes, they are a fundamentalist, as they take their religion literally. And thats fine for them, but I am not going to refuse to use the term just because they don't like the implications.

BobChaos23 mowi:

Sep 14, 2010 - Sadly, he probably won't. I am small fish, hardly worth noticing....LOL

BobChaos23 mowi:

Sep 14, 2010 - As soon as he started reading the bible it went downhill fast, but I held in there for 8 months now, hoping things would change. it's only gotten worse, his tone dripping with vitriol...I really do think it made him angry that some dared to question the mighty Thunderf00t.

BobChaos23 mowi:

Sep 14, 2010 - no, it just does that sometimes when I split the file....

BobChaos23 mowi:

Sep 14, 2010 - I wholly endorse quitting the tobacco, but why the ganja? WHYYYYY?!? =( (and yes, the whole thing has been utterly ridiculous for far too many months now...)

HilaciousM mowi:

Sep 14, 2010 - I accept that everyone has the right to live their life as they choose, I never said they didn't. That doesn't mean every culture is equal. That means I also have the freedom to tell someone that they are dellusional or bat shit crazy morons, nobody has the right not to be offended. Absurdly PC was mostly refering to the idea that as an artist I shouldn't draw a famous historical person (Muhammad) if I want to, because I might offend someone over it, that sure is aburdly PC.

HilaciousM mowi:

Sep 14, 2010 - I agreed with a lot of you said in your video. I think the groups and group think isn't my thing either. "The League of Reason".. lol, I just don't see the point, the knowledge disproving religioius bullshit is easy to find already.

ChairmanNuke mowi:

Sep 15, 2010 - Some people are defined by their enemies. I myself have been defined by my impostor, who is continually telling other YouTubers to block me. I have issued apologies to Vogter2100, Variablast, danihc, and many others who have been unfairly attacked by this impostor, and it is tiresome. Thank you for making this video, comrade. It is food for thought, and I must contemplate the future of my own channel. I do not want to be defined by my opponents.

BobChaos23 mowi:

Sep 15, 2010 - This hasn't been about a drawing for a while now. Catch up.

HilaciousM mowi:

Sep 15, 2010 - I thought the main theme of your video was this seemingly growing divide between theists and anti-theists, and also the whole judging everyone based on the actions of a few. You also said "I don't care what other people believe, I only care how folks act towards others and treat them".. Well if you don't care what other people believe I don't understand why you even liked Thunderfoots debunking of creationism vids, (different topic) but yeah, I know it's not just about the drawing.

HilaciousM mowi:

Sep 15, 2010 - The stupidest thing Thunderfoot did was imply that there is no such thing as a moderate Muslim. Most of them are.. Thunderfoot is just wrong about this issue, he seems to have bought into some fear mongering about it. I just don't have to respect it, I get called a bigot for not respecting Islam the same way I don't respect Chritianity, Judiasm, etc. I see that being a problem also.

rozeboosje mowi:

Sep 15, 2010 - Yup. I accept that it was pretty obvious from the way it was said that the term pertained to YECs specifically. So I was just nitpicking.

MrSonicAdvance mowi:

Sep 28, 2010 - Are we supposed to make a video if we unsubscribe from a channel? Bloody hell!

BobChaos23 mowi:

Sep 28, 2010 - I am fairly certain it is considered to be optional...LOL

Jan 14, 2011 - Perhaps one my try a dating agencey or go down to the local bar and try a few cold beers. Even a game of stick and a good peace of beef..... Enjoy your life my son... Take a long hard look....

Jan 14, 2011 - @xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxy1 Do a little experiment. Go a to video of one of the leaders of the new atheist youtube brigade and make a comment saying something like "Creationists have some good points" or "Believing in God makes me a better person". See what happens. You can claim to not be a community with an ideology, but if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, swims like a duck...

DarkwingScooter mowi:

Jan 14, 2011 - Great video.

DarkwingScooter mowi:

Jan 14, 2011 - @xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxy1 You're kind of missing the point here. It is all fine and well if you are dogmatic in your atheism and scientism to say that you agree with the views of atheists and scientistic-ists on the key subject matter defining those -isms. It is no surprise that creationists would all agree on the topic of creationism. What I am trying to point out to you is the similarity on reaction of creationists to the atheists when faced with dissenting views. THAT is the mark of bigotry.

DarkwingScooter mowi:

Jan 14, 2011 - @xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxy1 That has not been my experience. They usually make some lame comments about how religion causes all evil and then regurgitate some inanity like the non stamp collector argument and how science is about truth. They heard all this from their leaders you see. Then they think that if you are anti new-atheist you must be a creationist... It is all the same because they all sing from the same hymn sheet, even down to the claim of not being a quasi-religious community.

DarkwingScooter mowi:

Jan 15, 2011 - @xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxy1 You can claim to not be in a group all you like. But YouTube atheists almost invariably responds like this. They get terribly upset by accusations of being in a group (which does exist and does have leaders, wikipedia is your friend). It always reminds me of my youth, when the the nonconformist statement was wearing black and listening to metal. You can conform to the nonconformists, just like you can join the group who claims to not be a group. Such is man.

DarkwingScooter mowi:

Jan 15, 2011 - @xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxy1 "and following the orders of imams or the pope" On what planet have you been living? Following the orders of the pope? In what century? How do muslims follow the orders of imams? This is complete tripe. "But it seems like you're a hypocrite in denial." I don't think you know what the word hypocrite means. Non-conformists do exist, but simply saying you are non-conformist does not make you one especially when you are conforming to a social norm by doing so.

DarkwingScooter mowi:

Jan 16, 2011 - @xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxy1 A member of a class shares the the properties of that class. A class does not necessarily share all the properties of each individual member. New atheists (as I see them) are religion hating bigots for all religions but scientism. You satisfy that criteria. Furthermore: Religions hold dogmas (represented here by scientism) and typically deny the truth of other religions. That being the case I hold that new atheism is indeed a religion.

DarkwingScooter mowi:

Jan 17, 2011 - @xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxy1 "you were born an atheist" I was born agnostic tyvm.
