May 9, 2012 - trust me, take advantage of every second you get to spend with your dog because there will be a huge hole in your life when the time comes to put them down. Today is the 1 year anniversary of our golden retriever's death. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars to keep him alive but he just couldn't take it anymore. I promised him before we gave him the shot that he's the first and last dog we will ever own. We also fed him the best food. He loved BBQs :(
