"PLAYTIME" is a low-budget student short film shot in Sept-Oct. 2010 for Brown University's Japanese Cultural Association's annual Haunted House event. Inspired by "Battle Royale", the film by Kinji Fukasaku based on the novel of the same name by Koushun Takami, "PLAYTIME" has seven Japanese schoolgirls locked in a building with no way out.
