Dec 6, 2011 - my uncle ran grandma's farm in south louisiana. he used all sorts of horse and mule drawn implements. men that did that when I was a little fellow seemed to whistle all day and talk to their teams. certainly walked more back then. at 68 I still recall those early mornings and the teams eating from canvas bags hung on their heads. Thanks.
